Booking process:
1.The client pays the deposit and provides the necessary documents.
2. Receives a receipt of the deposit.
3. Receives the contract of sale of housing, signs two copies of the contract and sends the originals.
4. According to the payment plan, the balance of the deposit must be transferred to the project account within 7-14 working days.
5. The client within 30 days will receive two copies of the original contract of sale of the apartment, after signing sends us the original, so we can register at the Land office in Dubai.
